Ogallala Keith County Chamber of Commerce Partnerships

The Ogallala Keith County Chamber of Commerce partners with communities and organizations to provide services and benefits. 

The Chamber partners with economic development organizations Keith County Area Development, Ogallala Community Redevelopment Authority and the City of Ogallala to provide support services and an economic development central location for contact purposes. 

Keith County Area Development, the local organization providing economic development for the county, contracts with the Chamber of Commerce.  KCAD is an organization formed by concerned citizens to responsibly promote new development, assist existing businesses and maintain open relationships within the community.

The Ogallala Community Redevelopment Authority of the City of Ogallala is dedicated to improving the quality of life in Ogallala by facilitating property improvements in areas designated by a community redevelopment plan.  The CRA also contracts with the Chamber of Commerce for support services.

In addition, the Chamber provides Community Development services for the City of Ogallala, assisting with planning and projects.

Keith County Visitors Committee is an advisory board to the Keith County Commissions and is the public agency responsible for distributing lodging tax dollars.  The Chamber partners with the Visitors Committee to serve as the Visitors Center and Tourism Agency for Keith County. 

Keep Keith County Beautiful is an organization whose mission is to "enhance and maintain the beauty of Keith County."  KKCB is funded by a yearly grant through the Department of Environmental Quality and hosts several programs each year that encourage recycling, clean ups and beautification.
