Programs

Agriculture Committee
The mission of the Ag Committee is to promote a stronger understanding between rural and urban sectors of our economy. 
Business Education Committee
The mission of the Business Education committee is to address current and future labor issues and support existing business and industry in Keith County.
Drovers
The Drovers are the good will ambassador arm to the Chamber.
Lake Committee
The Lake Committee exists to promote tourism at Lake McConaughy, Lake Ogallala, and the surrounding area, and to create a strong lake-wide community with an environment for innovation, opportunity, and growth.
Promotions Committee
The Promotions Committee coordinates with the Chamber by promoting and serving as a resource for Keith County businesses and to work for the betterment of the community.
Check Alert Program
The Check Alert Program is designed to alert Chamber Members of check fraud either through a phone calling tree or via email.
Keith County Cash
Keith County Cash comes in increments of $5's and $10's and can be used just like cash at Chamber member businesses.

Events

Business After Hours
Business After Hours are hosted monthly by Chamber member businesses.  This is a terrific way to network and enjoy delicious food and beverages.  BAH starts at 5:00 pm and approximately 100 people attend.
Chamber Coffees
Chamber Coffees are also hosted monthly by Chamber member businesses.  Coffees are held on Fridays from 8:30 to 9:30 am and approximately 50 people attend.
Annual Meeting and Awards Banquet
The Chamber Annual Meeting and Awards Banquet is held in February.  In addition to the annual meeting, several awards are given to deserving community members.
Legislative Forum
An annual Legislative Forum is co-hosted by the Nebraska State Chamber and the Ogallala Keith County Chamber of Commerce.  Current as well as future legislative issues are discussed and reviewed.
Legislative Trip to Lincoln
An annual trip to the State Capital is made to visit the Governor, our State Senator, the Department of Roads, Department of Economic Development, the Division of Travel & Tourism, and Game & Parks.
Promotional Sports Shows
The Chamber participates in three shows to promote the area and Lake McConaughy.
Annual Arts & Crafts Show
Each November, an annual Arts and Crafts holiday show is held in Ogallala.
Ribbon Cuttings
The Drovers host ribbon cuttings for new businesses, re-openings, remodels and other major business changes.
General Membership Luncheon
Twice per year the Chamber staff and board host a general membership meeting to update our  members about new things going on in the Chamber and the community.
Chamber 101
Chamber 101 is an informative luncheon meeting to explain to new members, new owners or managers of businesses how to get the most out of their membership.
Membership Drive
Each July, the Drovers conduct a membership drive, contacting non-member businesses and explaining the benefits of Chamber membership to their business.
Teacher Welcome Coffee
The Drovers and Chamber Staff welcome the teachers back to school every August with a coffee.

Publications

"Reflections" Monthly Newsletter
The Chamber monthly newsletter is mailed or emailed to over 530 Chamber member businesses and individuals. 
See & Do Informational Map
This two sided map has Ogallala on one side and Lake McConaughy on the other side.  The See & Do features tourism attractions and visitor information such as hotels, restaurants, and campgrounds.  50,000 of these maps are distributed each year.
Fun & Travel Guide
This magazine is produced each year by the Keith County News and paid for in part by the Keith County Visitors Committee.  50,000 of these magazines are distributed each year.
Community Image Magazine
This magazine is produced every three years or as needed and is utilized for relocation purposes and economic development.
